Easter Cupcakes
I made some Easter cupcakes for work today. I'm halfway pleased with them. This is the first time I have tried to make the icing smooth. I made mini and normal sized cupcakes.
They were lemon cake with vanilla icing. I piped icing into the middle for a little extra suprise!
